Notification Configuration
When an order for a trade is placed, the user gets a confirmation via Whatsapp and email.
If there is any issue processing an order the users will get a notification via Whatsapp and email, with the steps to resolve the problem.
To resolve the issue you can check your brokerage account in the order book section for information on the rejection of your order. If there is no such information available you can contact the qodrr support team for further investigation.
